Our refund policy lasts 6 months for standard products and a year for Xebber Cover insured products.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1) The product has lost functionality due to a manufacturing error or product part malfunction and not because of user error.
2) We were unable to fix the product and cannot provide a replacement.
3) The product is still in it's warranty period (6 months for standard products, a year for Xebber Cover insured products).
4) We won't be able to refund the shipping costs.
